Brown & Brown is seeking an Account Manager, Analytics Success Team

to join our growing team in Milwaukee, WI!

The Client Account Manager is responsible for the daily on-site account management of existing customer relationships by maintaining quality service of day-to-day operations, program oversight, and operational support of customer needs to deliver value and results to meet or exceed business objectives .

How You Will Contribute:

  • Responsible for assisting in day-to-day support and ongoing implementation and maintenance of assigned accounts. Works closely with Sr. Acct. Mgrs. across multiple client offices.

  • Regularly interacts with assigned client base through phone and email communications.

  • Participates and assists in calls from the mid- and upper-level management of client personnel to build positive relationships and respond to client questions and concerns.

  • Attends on or off-site client visits as needed/scheduled, along with Sr. Acct. Mgr.

  • Hold meetings with assigned clients to understand client objectives and research, propose, and implement solutions to meet those goals . Summarizes, shares and follows-up on relative information with Sr. Acct. Mgr.

  • Assesses, prioritizes, and resolves client issues soliciting support from other internal departments as needed.

  • Escalates potential issues to management as appropriate .

  • Is able to clearly communicate all PlanIT products and services.

  • Works closely with the other PlanIT departments to implement new products and accounts as assigned.

  • Completes verification of new client set-ups and changes made to existing accounts as needed.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years of related experience.

  • Must have knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Must be able to perform detail-oriented work, handle multiple tasks, and handle a high volume of calls during stressful situations.
