Marketing Writer (Remote)

Title:Analyst I - Marketing Writer

Location:Fully Remote

PayRate: $ 30/ Hourly/ W2

Schedule : M-F 8-5

Duties

Some of these tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Provides supports to BH/EAP Sales through copywriting for presentations, marketing materials and custom requests for internal needs.
• Effectively collaborates with key subject matter experts to meet the business needs and requests.
• Meets urgent deadlines for immediate projects/requests that are outside of the normal turnaround timeframe.
• Writing marketing content, including articles, guidebooks, video scripts, podcast outlines, promotional emails, infographics, etc.

• This contractor role is needed to support the communications and engagement needs of the Quality & Performance Initiatives under Bernice Lee’s area that apply to promoting our three guiding pillars:

• Timely access to care, Quality care & measured outcomes, and Technology and operational excellence.

• They will directly support the work around promoting the new dashboards for national accounts, developing the quality story for internal, external and executives, creating the integration insights reports across national accounts, creating new collateral promotional materials for quality and performance, and designing targeted outreach campaigns.

• Due to the large business need and volume in the 2nd half of the year, we need additional support to meet the needs of this important initiative. Location: Remote working from anywhere.

• Might help if they were in the DFW area in case I needed to meet with them in person, but not required

Experience

• 5+ years communications or marketing writing experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with members, all levels of management, clients, prospects, and executives.
• Ability to write at the member-facing level in plain language for all to easily grasp the content.
