Daily Responsibilities:

• Exemplify and ensure Marvin's mission and values are upheld in daily operations
• Lead and supervise store associates to provide aggressive customer service
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels through restocking and merchandising
• Train new associates in product knowledge and customer service skills
• Complete bank deposits, manage cash, and operate point-of-sale system

Required Skills:

• Experience in store operations and retail management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of merchandising and planograms
• Experience with asset protection and expense control
