Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. You will be involved in test planning, developing test cases/scripts, and executing automated and manual tests to enhance software quality. This is a full time opportunity that is hybrid .

What You'll Do

  • Plan and implement testing strategies, including regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, and performance tests

  • Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure software quality

  • Write and automate test cases/scripts and execute them

  • Define and track quality assurance metrics like defects and test results

  • Collect and analyze data for software process improvements and integrate findings into business processes

  • Document and resolve problems collaboratively with development teams

  • Support user acceptance testing and apply automated testing approaches

  • Research and implement new testing technologies and best practices

  • Deliver quality process training and act as an internal consultant

What You'll Need

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 2 years of experience as a substitute)

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance

  • Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium WebDriver

  • Experience in a DevOps environment

  • Experience testing ETL jobs, including Informatica

  • Skills in developing automated test scripts using .NET or other scripting languages

  • SQL proficiency for data analysis

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is $60 - $71 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
