Job Description

Join a Practice That's Changing the Dental Experience

Atlanta Dental Spa - Highlands Appointment Coordinator (Full-Time)
Location: 664 North Highland Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30306

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and ready to grow with a team that's as committed to people as it is to dentistry? Atlanta Dental Spa is looking for an experienced, driven, and warm-hearted Appointment Coordinator to join our thriving Highlands location.

As a privately owned, fee-for-service practice specializing in Cosmetic, Surgical, and General Dentistry, we're not your typical dental office. We're on a mission to redefine the dental experience for both patients and our team. Here, you're not just managing a schedule, you're helping build relationships that last.

What Makes This Opportunity Different
  • Growth-Minded Culture: You'll be supported, mentored, and encouraged to grow both personally and professionally. We love promoting from within.

  • Team That Feels Like Family: You'll work alongside passionate, upbeat professionals who take care of each other as much as they care for patients.

  • Patient Experience at the Center: Our standards for care are sky-high-and we treat every patient like they're our only patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the warm, welcoming face and voice of our practice

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for new and existing patients

  • Check patients in and out with accuracy, kindness, and efficiency

  • Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy

  • Maintain detailed, organized patient records using dental software systems

  • Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and clinical teams to ensure a smooth, world-class experience for every guest

You'll Thrive Here If You
  • Have previous dental front office experience ( a plus-but we will train the right person! )

  • Bring a polished, professional, and upbeat energy to work each day

  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly both on the phone and in person

  • Stay organized and composed in a fast-paced, high-performing environment

  • Love being part of a team that celebrates wins and supports each other

Schedule & Hours
  • Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
    (32-36 hours/week)

Pay: $24-27

What We Offer
  • Health, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance

  • 401(k) with Company Match

  • Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off

  • Performance Incentives

  • A culture of growth, collaboration, and celebration

If you're looking for more than just a job and if you want to be part of a mission-driven practice that is setting a new standard in dentistry-we'd love to meet you.
