What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of quarry equipment and machinery

  • Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance

  • Support safe and efficient operation of crushers, conveyors, and mobile equipment

  • Participate in training programs to build mechanical knowledge and skills

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work safely in a physically demanding, outdoor environment

  • Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems

  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

  • Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime as needed

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

  • Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

  • Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)

  • Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces

  • Manual dexterity needed for handling tools and equipment

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods

  • Visual and auditory ability to detect equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
