Job Description


Responsibilities
  • Monitor production, scheduling, and performance of construction projects.
  • Assist in coordinating project aspects as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Conduct safety audits and support contractor quality control and safety measures.
  • Ensure contractors complete work on schedule and address warranty issues.
  • Communicate daily project status to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Take necessary actions when encountering unsafe behaviors or conditions.
  • Report and address safety concerns, incidents, and issues promptly.
  • Certify compliance of all submittals with contract requirements.
  • Review plans and specifications to ensure construction processes meet requirements.
  • Review catalog cuts and material submittals for compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Ensure effective and timely preventive and corrective actions are taken.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in industrial and commercial projects.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Superintendent working for a concrete contractor or self perform GC.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with construction supervision and management.
  • Knowledge of safety standards in construction environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Car allowance, fuel card, relocation package if needed, full medical, dental, vision insurance. Ability to contribute to 401k. Cell phone allowance.
