We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate team member to join us in a dual-role position that combines clinical and client-facing responsibilities. This role includes administering injections, working the front desk alongside our scheduler, checking clients in, and supporting and consulting with nutrition clients throughout their weight loss and wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support and help meet the operational needs of the center.
• Support the medical team as needed with clinical and client-related tasks
• Administer injections to clients as directed
• Deliver excellent customer service to Livea Medical clients
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Foster a client-focused, supportive environment

What We're Looking For:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• This is a Part-Time position with possibility for Full-Time if willing to work in multiple locations.
• Experience with and confidence in giving injections
• 1+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting
• New CMA graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and efficient with time management
• Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling tools, and other front desk platforms
• Friendly, team-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness
• Availability for approximately 12-20 hours per week with potential to build hours if support other locations.
• Must be available 2-3 Saturday mornings per month.
