That's where you come in. The Role: HR Manager Extraordinaire You'll be the guardian of our workplace culture, the champion of employee well-being, and the go-to guru for all things HR. From recruiting and onboarding to compliance and cupcake celebrations you'll wear many hats (don't worry, we'll provide a hat rack). What You'll Do Recruit, onboard, and retain amazing team members Manage benefits, leaves, and employee relations with empathy and efficiency. Keep us on the right side of labor laws and documentation (you love a good policy manual). Collaborate with department heads to build a workplace people are proud of. What You Bring 3+ years of HR experience (healthcare setting a big plus) Solid knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and how to make a killer onboarding checklist Strong communication skills you speak fluent people A passion for supporting staff and building community SHRM-CP/PHR certification?
