Job Description

At Willamette View, you'll contribute to the ethos of "Inspiring the Art of Living Well" for our active resident community, playing a key role in helping individuals lead rich and fulfilling lives. If you appreciate the importance of personal relationships and making a meaningful impact on the lives of others, then our unique, lively, and progressive senior community is the ideal place for you.

Make a Meaningful Difference as a Resident Assistant

Being a Resident Assistant is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to bring compassion, comfort, and connection to the lives of those in your care. Every day, you'll play an essential role in helping residents feel safe, valued, and supported, ensuring they receive the dignity and respect they deserve.

In this role, you will assist residents with daily activities such as mealtime support, gentle transfers, and personal care, always approaching your work with patience and kindness. Through meaningful conversations and attentive listening, you'll build trust and reassurance, making residents feel heard and respected. You'll also be a crucial part of their well-being by observing and reporting any changes in their health or behavior, ensuring they receive the care they need.

Above all, you will be a comforting and familiar presence in the lives of residents-someone they can count on for support, encouragement, and warmth. If you have a heart for helping others and want to make a real difference every day, we'd love for you to join our team.

Because at the heart of great care is you.
