Travel Long Term Care RN

Responsible for knowledge of and ability to complete the MDS (Minimum Data Set) timely, and accurately from admission to discharge in accordance with established policies, procedures and guidelines with the Nursing policies, Trinity Homes policies and according to the federal and state guidelines for MDS and RAP (Resident Assessment Protocol). With input from the Director of Nursing and CERS, MDS nurse will coordinate education for the clinical department.

All other duties as assigned by director. Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00).
