Forklift Operator

Remedy Staffing is seeking experienced sit down double forklift operators near the John Glenn Airport

Positions Available:

• Job Title: Double Fork - Sit down forklift
  

Pay Rate: $20.40-21.40/hour

Shifts Available:

• 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm M-F
• 3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:30am Sun-Thurs

Location: Columbus, OH (near the airport)

Job Description: The Fork Lift Operator Inspects product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery.

Tasks to Perform:

• Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
• Move levers or controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, lift beams with swivel-hooks, hoists, or elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, or stack material.
• Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, or boxes and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of recent sit down double fork experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a distribution center
