What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily plant operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production.

  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and environmental compliance.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

  • Coach and develop team members to meet performance goals and foster engagement.

  • Monitor KPIs and operational targets to maintain alignment with company objectives.

Work Environment This position operates in an industrial setting with exposure to dust, heat, noise, and moving equipment. It requires regular presence on the production floor, collaboration across teams, and commitment to safety protocols.

  • Competitive base salary ($118,000 - $155,000 per year) and participation in our annual incentive plan
