AEM Developer_LOCAL TO OHIO_DL NEEDED

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent experience, with 6+ years in a related field and at least 4 years in AEM 6.x development.

Extensive knowledge of AEM architecture, workflows, and security is required, along with experience in Java/J2EE development, web development, and CI/CD tools .

Strong TDD skills and experience.

Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Additionally, experience with AEM Core components, Asset Management, and using main AEM consoles like authoring environment, CRX DE, Package Manager, Users Administration Area, and OSGi consoles is highly desirable. Client is Shifting from developer-owned to organization-owned quality, involving business partners and analysts.
- Elimination of manual QA roles; developers are responsible for testing their own code using unit test cases and automated tools. - Emphasis on test-driven development (TDD) and automation tools like Playwright and Selenium.
- Full automation in testing and deployment pipelines, reducing manual intervention.
- Need for candidates with strong TDD, automation, and DevOps skills, not necessarily senior architects.
- Challenges in scheduling interviews due to workload and cloud migration projects.
