The Role
Were looking for a Product Manager with a strong grasp of the crypto ecosystem to help build and scale our B2B Digital Assets API platform. Youll work closely with the Product Lead and cross-functional teams to define features, prioritize development, and deliver solutions that serve institutional and enterprise clients in the digital asset space. This is an ideal role for someone who understands the nuances of blockchain infrastructure, crypto markets, and is eager to shape the future of financial services.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate with the Product Lead to define and refine product requirements for crypto-native features such as wallet integrations, token support, custody, and trading APIs.
- Translate market trends and customer feedback into actionable product features that address real-world use cases in the digital asset space.
- Work with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable API products tailored to institutional crypto users.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog and contribute to sprint planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Conduct competitive analysis of crypto infrastructure providers, DeFi protocols, and developer tools to inform product strategy.
- Engage with customers, developers, and partners to gather insights and validate product decisions.
- Monitor product performance using analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
What You Bring
- Crypto Fluency: 57 years of experience in product management or a technical role, with a strong understanding of the crypto ecosystemblockchains, exchanges, wallets, custody, DeFi, and token standards.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with APIs, developer tools, and backend systems. You can speak the language of engineers and understand how crypto infrastructure works under the hood.
- Product Experience: Experience working on B2B or SaaS platforms, ideally in fintech, crypto, or developer-focused environments.
- User-Centric Thinking: Youve worked directly with users or clients to gather feedback and translate it into product improvements.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data and metrics to inform decisions, track adoption, and measure success.
- Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift quickly and innovation is constant.

The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$112,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
