They are looking to add a Salesforce Database Administrator to their department. This organization offers great work life balance and flexible hours. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SALESFORCE DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR: Making entries into Salesforce for pledges, pledge payments Generate reports from Salesforce Help make improvements to internal processes Maintain and troubleshoot issues with existing custom fields, workflows Responsible for donor database training for new hires as well as ongoing training for all staff. Document best practices in reference to the donor databases and ensure staff has access to completed documents. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE SALESFORCE DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR: Strong Salesforce knowledge and experience Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong MS Word/Excel experience This is an onsite position.
