**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled painter for the 1st shift at our facility in Lewis Center, Ohio. The position involves utilizing various paint equipment, including paint booths and HVLP spray guns, to ensure high-quality finishes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Utilize various paint equipment including paint booth and HVLP spray gun.
+ Perform sanding, buffing, and complete paint preparation tasks.
+ Conduct quality inspections of finished paint projects.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 6 months of experience as an automotive or industrial painter.
+ At least 6 months of experience with paint booths and HVLP spray guns.
+ Experience working as a painter in a manufacturing facility.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in the sign industry as a painter.
+ Skills in vinyl plotting or custom painting.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
