**What You'll Do**
As an HVAC Building Automation Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing complex Building Automation Systems (BAS) for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Service and maintain HVAC BAS to ensure peak performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and repair control system malfunctions using your expertise in electronic and digital systems.
- Assist in installing sensors, controllers, and actuators.
- Program and configure BAS controllers using manufacturer-specific tools.
- Communicate clearly with clients on-site, providing updates and recommendations.
- Deliver training and support to ensure customer satisfaction and system understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and maintenance.
- Provide sketches and documentation to support engineering updates and commissioning.

- Recommend system upgrades and enhancements based on performance insights.
**What You Bring**
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Technical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

- Proficiency in HVAC controls, troubleshooting, and BAS programming (Function Block, Script, Graphics).

```
- Familiarity with **BACnet, LON, MODBUS** , and other communication protocols.

- Strong working knowledge of **MS Office** , **VISIO** , and file structures.

```
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
