Role Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Develop and enforce policies aligned with HIPAA, FDA, and state regulations
- Supervise and mentor medical staff, fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with leadership and partners to improve system performance
- Monitor outcomes and quality metrics to enhance safety and services
- Act as liaison with managed care and regulatory organizations
- Lead efficiency initiatives through data-driven planning and workflow optimization
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in clinical documentation and terminology
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and active Texas medical license in good standing
- Board certification (Psychiatry)
- DEA license and relevant physician permits
- At least 2 years of clinical leadership or administrative experience
- Familiar with FDA and HIPAA regulations, quality standards, and managed care structures
- Strong communication, team-building, and documentation skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex clinical projects
- Must pass background checks per Texas Administrative Code (TAC) and HHSC guidelines
