Construction Superintendent

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to meet specifications, schedule, and safety requirements.
• Oversee the performance of craft workers and subcontractors.
• Manage and process RFI's, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with various disciplines on the job site to ensure project success.
• Participate actively in preconstruction activities to prepare for project execution.

• Proven experience in commercial construction and working as a general contractor.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Superintendent with a General Contracting firm.
• Extensive experience in new construction, renovations, and fit-outs.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare, higher education, or data center projects.

• Commercial project experience, excluding multifamily, retail, or restaurant projects.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
