What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a recruiter (allied health recruiting experience is a plus)
• Youre goal-oriented and driven by success
• You have strong communication skills and feel confident engaging by phone, email, and text
• Youre energized by solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment
• Youre comfortable working on-site with a team and collaborating daily
• Bachelors degree required
