As an Overnight Supervisor, you will play a crucial role nightly operations of the company, development of staff, and exceding client expectations. Daily Responsibilities:

• Support, Mentor and Assist overnight guard staff. 
• Train staff and helping them to develop their skills in the security industry.
• Monitor staff attendance and performance. 
• Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
• Maintain nightly documentation of what happend throughout the night.Community Action Security is a locally owned company with over 26 years in the private security sector. • Ensure shifts are covered and check on staff.
• Cover shifts as needed and when unavoidable

Required Skills:

• Security Training: Must have completed security training courses
• Patrol: Experience in conducting security patrols and accurate patrol documentation
• Physical Security: Knowledge of physical security measures
• Public Safety: Understanding of public safety protocols and maintaing safety first principles

Nice to Have Skills:

• Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement background
• Experience in fraud investigation or drug testing
• Knowledge of loss prevention and merchandising
• First Aid certification
• Experience in emergency response and inspections

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $42,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $46,000.00
• Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Sick Leave
