Responsibilities - Sales Associate:

• Help customers select and purchase new vehicles
• Guide them through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Conduct test drives and explain features
• Follow a proven sales process that leads to results
• Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers and stay active on social media
• Meet or exceed sales goals in a supportive team environment

Qualifications - Sales Associate:

• A goal-oriented self-starter with excellent sales, communication, customer service, and social media skills
• Energetic with a positive attitude and good work ethic
• Team participant
• Valid in-state driver's license and insurance
• High school diploma or GED
