The Interventional Neurology/Radiology Supervisor facilitates the integration and teamwork within the Neuro-interventional and Interventional Radiology departments for optimal care of patients. The director works in conjunction with the facility administrative staff and the Neuroscience services medical director to ensure the highest level of care for patients and ensures that all services provided meet all regulatory requirements and guidelines. The director works with physicians to adopt and incorporate quality initiatives, understand economic considerations, and increase physician/hospital alignment. The director is responsible for ensuring the Neuro-interventional and Interventional Radiology services are performing in conjunction with the mission and values of the facility and of HCA, including participation in goals and processes derived from HCA initiatives.

What you will do in this role:

• Supports the philosophy of COLUMBIA Kingwood Medical Center by facilitating cooperation of hospital staff in a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.
• Consistently provides outstanding service to all patients, physicians, fellow employees, and guests.

• Performs technical skills proficiently in accordance with established standards, as evidenced by annual validation processes.
• Utilizes specialized knowledge and skill to perform job requirements

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support or Basic Cardiac Life Support
• (RN) Registered Nurse or (ARRT-R) Radiography
• Associate Degree
• Bachelors Degree must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
