The Bridge Church is a thriving, multi-site church in Southeast Iowa, and we’re looking for a Worship Pastor to lead our Ottumwa campus (avg. 300 attendees). This role is perfect for someone with a heart for worship, a team-builder mentality, and a commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop worship teams at the Ottumwa campus

• Oversee scheduling, rehearsals, and service execution

• Upload and manage materials in Planning Center Online

• Recruit, mentor, and elevate musicians and vocalists

• Collaborate with the Worship Pastor and creative team on worship planning
