At The East Bridgewater Commercial Club we are known for our warm atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious, made-from-scratch dishes that start the day right. Our set menu includes classic breakfast favorites as well as satisfying lunch options. We’re looking for a Chef/Cook with strong breakfast experience who can bring consistency, flavor, and quality to every plate served.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a talented Breakfast Chef/Cook who can expertly prepare our established breakfast menu. The ideal candidate has a passion for early-morning cooking, enjoys creating hearty, perfectly timed meals, and values a clean, efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook all breakfast items to order with speed, consistency, and presentation in mind.
• Execute the established lunch and dinner menu as needed.
• Manage morning prep to ensure a smooth transition between meal services.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, prep levels, and communicate restock needs.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Cook or Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or café setting.
• Strong understanding of breakfast timing, techniques, and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders during peak breakfast hours.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and passionate about delivering quality meals.

Schedule:

• Part-time position; early mornings required.
• Includes possible lunch and dinner service as scheduled.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.

We are looking for a Breakfast Cook able to handle a high volume of customers.  The position is for every other Sunday and possibly for other events during the week.
