Marketing Strategist - Consumer Lending

Summary:

The Marketing Strategist will engage, activate and deepen customers with end-to-end multi-channel experiences for unique segments. The strategist will lead a cross-functional team representing design, digital, product and marketing to create customer-centered campaigns that deliver results to ultimately increase a customer's lifetime value.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders (product, marketing, Data & Analytics) to develop and build awareness of the marketing strategy and contribution to the business.

• Develop complex business cases for new marketing strategies to include testing of offers, customer segmentation and contact strategies to maximize performance and financial return.

• Collaborate with Product, Digital, and UX teams to create impactful user journeys.

• Ideate on new and creative ways to strategically move the business forward.

• Execute marketing journeys and campaigns across all CRM channels (including email, in-app, in-browser, and SMS). This includes partnering with delivery manager and creative agency to develop materials that will resonate with customers, deliver the Huntington brand and drive business impact.

• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• 7 years of experience in marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working closely with the insights team to design and execute learning plans that draw clear and compelling outcomes.
• Experience partnering with the analytics team to understand the return on marketing investment
