Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Installation Crew Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and possess a willingness to learn and grow within the sports construction and athletic surfacing industry. This role involves supporting various aspects of our sports facility construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the construction of Sport Court's by performing tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.

  • Load and unload construction materials and tools, ensuring they are properly stored and maintained.

  • Prepare construction sites by cleaning and removing debris and ensuring a safe work environment.

  • Operate hand and power tools as required for various construction tasks.

  • Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Some projects are out of town, and travel to these job sites require that we stay overnight 1-4 nights depending on size of job. This needs to work for your personal life at home.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset but not required.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 80 pounds and working in various weather conditions.

  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
