We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and educational integrity of our technical learning materials. This role is critical in maintaining our high standards across hands-on labs, practice exams, and technical content mappings. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to quality verification. This is a great role for someone entering cybersecurity.

**\## Key Responsibilities**

+ Thoroughly test hands-on labs to verify proper functionality across all steps and scenarios

+ Validate practice exam questions for technical accuracy, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives

+ Perform comprehensive QA on lab environments to ensure they operate as designed

+ Identify and document bugs, issues, or inconsistencies through methodical testing processes

+ Verify NICE framework mappings and other industry standard alignments for accuracy

+ Conduct data entry and updates for content categorization systems

+ Develop and maintain QA checklists and testing protocols for different content types

+ Provide detailed feedback to content creators on needed improvements or corrections

+ Track quality metrics and compile reports on content accuracy and functionality

+ Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of materials

**\## Qualifications**

+ Strong interest in cybersecurity

+ Demonstrated attention to detail and systematic approach to testing

+ Familiarity with technical learning environments and lab-based instruction

+ Understanding of educational assessment principles for practice exam validation

+ Experience with content taxonomy systems and metadata frameworks

+ Proficiency with data entry and content management systems

+ Basic technical knowledge across IT domains to effectively test content

**\## Preferred Skills**

+ Experience with NICE Cybersecurity Framework or similar industry standard mappings

+ Background in technical education, training, or instructional design

+ Understanding of learning management systems and online lab environments

+ Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and testing protocols

+ Experience with bug tracking systems and quality documentation

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
