Job Title: Health Access Coordinator Department: Health Sciences | Office of Health Equity

Scope of Position

The Health Access Coordinator provides support to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) and various department among the institution, assisting with the execution of the multi-years aims within the OSUWMC Strategic Plan. This includes assisting coordination of ongoing programming, office-led committees and action groups, and the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). This position also supports coordination of the leadership programs and assists with supporting management of the universitys mentorship database. This position will be an integral member of the Office, Human Resources and the ERG leadership committee. The position will report to the Senior Director/ Administrative Officer.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelors Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent combination of experience and education in a related field. 2-5 years of experience in program planning and administration with an understanding of determinants of employee health and well-being. Excellent customer service skills and excellent computer skills to include Microsoft windows applications and database management. A knowledge of social media programming is desirable.
