Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

A Healthcare Facility is Hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!!

Duties:

• Collect required health information from new residents upon admission.

• Record resident vitals, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.

• Administer medications and injections as needed.

• Treat and dress wounds, including bedsores, as necessary.

• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.

• Assist residents with daily personal hygiene and dressing.

• Monitor resident nutrition and fluid intake/output.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN State license.

• Must be in good standing with the State Registry.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
