Job Opening: Full-Time Warehouse Picker (Sit-Down Forklift Experience Required)
Location: West Side of Columbus, OH
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift

Nesco Resource is currently hiring for a Warehouse Picker position in Columbus, OH! We're seeking reliable individuals with sit-down forklift experience who are ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Picker is responsible for executing daily shipping operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment and upholding safety standards.

• Pull, pre-pack, and check parts for outgoing orders

• Properly pack goods, seal, label, and affix packing lists

• Operate sit-down forklift and handheld scanners

• Receive, unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise

• Assemble and prepare items for shipment

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory

• Ensure truck loads are properly labeled and documented

• Keep assigned work area clean and organized

• Follow all company safety standards and promote a safety-first culture

• Sit-down forklift experience is required

• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or inventory control

• Ability to use handheld scanners and basic hand tools

• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word); ability to learn inventory systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Must be able to lift and move items as required

• Reliable and punctual candidates
