What You Will Get To Do:
  • Act as a data steward for our entire CRM platform, which includes all objects, with a primary focus of Account, Contact and Lead data
  • Produce regular data audits and cleansing exercises to constantly improve data quality
  • Manage daily SLAs for data ingestion requests from sales and cross functional partners
  • Maintain overall data hierarchy structure that aligns to our product platform requirements, reducing or eliminating provisioning issues, while enabling product delivery
  • Own all data tools including bulk data ingestion and deduping tools and enhancement tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Merger Market, Pitchbook and others
  • Establish new processes for bulk data ingestion to support green field opportunities through standardizing templates and data formats
  • Build and manage reporting that measure continuous data quality improvements
  • Act as a liaison to sales and sales managers to provide near real-time insights on prospect movers and newly added contacts within the target buyer personas
  • Provide best practice guidance to Sales for data entry so it can be best leveraged during the sales cycle to close business
What You Will Bring:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in working with data, specifically CRM related data sets
  • Experience managing and delivering on SLAs daily and for related data projects
  • Familiarity in operating data tools including Demand Tools, Dataloader.io or Openprise,
  • Knowledge of data enhancement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation databases like Salesforce and Marketo a plus
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in the areas of Marketing, Sales, or Business
Critical Soft Skills
  • Ability to work independently with larger data projects and manage time effectively
  • Ownership of SLAs and data KPIs
  • Willingness to become a SME of all data enhancement and management tools within our tech stack
