Job Title: Sit-Down Forklift Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating sit-down forklifts and using RF scanners to move, track, and organize inventory efficiently. This position plays a vital role in the flow of goods in our distribution center and requires attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a sit-down propane/electric forklift to load, unload, stack, and move products and materials.

Use RF scanning devices to:

Receive, scan, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.

Track inventory locations and update system records in real time.

Perform order picking and packing based on RF scan instructions.

Inspect forklifts before each use and report any maintenance or safety issues.

Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

Perform general warehouse duties such as labeling, pallet wrapping, and cleaning.

Maintain accurate records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.

Work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity targets.
