Yellow Dog Cafe is seeking experienced line cooks in grill, sauté, and pantry to join our team in Malabar, FL. As a line cook at Yellow Dog Cafe, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about creating delicious dishes and providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills:

• Menu planning and execution
• Experience in pasta, line cooking, and satue.
• Plate presentation and portion control
• Scratch cooking and kitchen management
• Food cost management and sauce making

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a la carte, seafood, and special diets
• Knife skills and flat top grill experience
• Food quality and sautéing techniques

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $16.00 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $22.00 per hour
