Perm - Physician - OB/GYN - Columbus, OH

Shift Description: Clinic Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; in-office 3 to 3.5 days, 1 day in OR
Weekend Requirements: Included in 1:4 to 1:5 call rotation (shared weekend coverage)
On Call Requirements: Call rotation 1:4 to 1:5; Midwives on 1:3 call
• Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 2 years of eligibility and with plans to test) in Obstetrics and Gynecology - REQUIRED (Board Certified is PREFERRED)
• OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice and license history - REQUIRED
• DEA (or able to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Robotic surgery interest - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Clean malpractice and license history - REQUIRED
• Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
