Job Description
COPC is the largest independent physician-owned primary care group in the nation. We are seeking an experienced Full time Family Medicine Physician to join Tri County Family Medicine, located at 11925 Lithopolis Road, NW, Canal Winchester, OH 43110.
This is a large outpatient practice with eight physicians, including six Family Physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The team is supported by medical assistants and patient service representatives. The position is to fill a vacancy due to a physician's retirement in summer 2025, with an established patient panel ready for a new physician.

Canal Winchester is located fifteen miles South East of Columbus, offering a small-town ambiance with amenities such as shopping, restaurants, parks, festivals, and museums, just a twenty-minute drive from Columbus.
This COPC practice is known for serving the community with a focus on health education, disease prevention, and management for patients of all ages.
Additional Services:
- In-house Lab, radiology services, and vaccine repository
- Care Navigation team for medical questions during physician consultations
- Same Day Centers & Pediatric Support Centers for immediate care during off-hours
- Hospitalist Team for inpatient care
- State-of-the-art EMR - EPIC

Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO)
- Completion of a three-year Family Medicine Residency
- Board-certified or eligible
