Overview

We are looking for a Client Service Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day, account management of Gallaghers relationships with assigned clients as their primary role. You will support the senior servicing staff/service teams to identify and meet client needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business. Through service, pricing, consultation, and reporting, you will promote the value Gallagher delivers to clients.

How you'll make an impact

What a day will look like

  • Assist and process new and renewal commercial bonds and assists client service managers.
  • Answer client questions on applications and requested renewal information.
  • Assist client service managers by completing assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Proactively coordinate renewal cycle to ensure all necessary steps are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Assist in preparing renewal strategy documents and proposals.
  • Communicate and maintain good working relationships with markets.
  • Responsible for verifying new and renewal bonds for accuracy in rating, compliance and other relevant information.
  • Assists with inputting new and renewal bonds along with transactions in the data management systems according to agency workflows.
  • Responsible for continuation certificates, endorsements and invoicing
  • Manage new bonds, renewal, and endorsement follow up system, including maintaining reminder system.
  • Ensure that all documentation is received on a timely basis and is accurate.
  • Navigate carriers web sites to issue and obtain bonds, endorsements, renewals, continuation certificates and invoices.
  • Communicate with markets for renewal bonds, endorsement requests, and invoices.
  • Assists producers and account executives with data entry into financial trend analysis worksheets.
  • Assist other team members to balance workloads when needed.
  • Provide backup for other team members during their absence.
  • Undertake various duties as assigned.

  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Suites
  • Ability to solve problems and think independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with numbers including basic calculations
  • Ability to pay attention to detail while working under pressure
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control workflow, with close attention to deadlines
  • Be energetic/have a sense of urgency

Required

  • Current and/or will obtain Property and Casualty License within 3 months of hire date
  • Bachelors degree -OR-High School degree/GED with 3+ years related experience
