Transportation Supervisor

Lipari Foods has an opening for a Supervisor of Transportation Functions This position will provide a first point of contact for drivers based out of this specific region. KEY RESPONSIBLITES:

• CDL A (Required)
• Helping drivers with day to day issues
• Conducting weekly meetings with drivers to address issues, questions, & concerns
• Aiding in the recruiting / hiring process
• Covering routes / shuttles when needed due to call offs or openings
• Accurately logging PO's, call offs, and pay issues
• Navigate and handle any customer issues that might arise
• Oversee equipment maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness
• Communicate with 3rd party vendors to ensure timeliness of repairs and maintenance
