Job Duties:**
Design and write code that meets Net Health's requirements and client needs for quality, performance, and usefulness within project timelines.
Recommend software upgrades for existing programs and systems.
Design each piece of a project, application, or system and plan how the pieces will work together.
Create a variety of models and diagrams to determine and map the software code needed for a project, application, or system.
Ensure that a program continues to function normally through software maintenance and testing.
Work as part of an agile scrum team, with other Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, and Product Members to deliver high quality solutions.
Work on new feature development as well as maintenance projects and defect fixes.
Work with team members to ensure projects have accurate estimates, meet provided timelines, and fulfill requirements.
Work with Product team to provide guidance on project requirements.
Complete design and development projects of moderate scope independently.
Analyze complex problems and provide options for possible solutions.
Participate in code reviews.
Contribute to total software development lifecycle from design through maintenance.
Exercise strong problem solving and object-oriented design skills.
Utilize ASP.NET using C#.
Incorporate knowledge from common relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) with a solid understanding of database design and querying.
Stay up to date on basic best practices for secure code design.
Apply current Web UI layer technologies (JavaScript/jQuery/CSS/HTML).
Apply modern source control tools and practices.
**Minimum Requirements**:
Master's Degree in Information/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field required ***or*** a Bachelor's Degree in Information/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
