Olentangy Local Schools is looking for a full-time School Psychologist to join their multidisciplinary team and support students academic, behavioral, and emotional development. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school community.

Position Overview:
As a School Psychologist, you will conduct assessments, contribute to intervention planning, and collaborate with educators and families to promote positive student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and generate detailed reports

  • Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations

  • Provide short-term counseling and crisis support when needed

  • Develop and monitor FBAs and BIPs for students requiring behavioral intervention

  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents on effective strategies

  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology

  • Active Ohio School Psychologist Certification

  • Familiarity with IEP processes, MTSS, and behavioral consultation

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time, onsite

  • Schedule: MondayFriday during standard school hours

  • Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
