R & R Transmission Technician

Join our team at Perry's Transmissions, Inc. in Crestview, Florida, where we have been providing quality transmission  services, repairs, and rebuilds for over 30 years. As an R & R Transmission Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a master transmission builder and mechanics that specialize in transmission repair and installation. Come be a part of a team that values honesty, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform transmission repairs and installations on manual and automatic vehicles
• Conduct transmission diagnostic check and general inspection of vehicle with every repair
• Handle minor auto repairs outside of transmission work
• Ensure vehicles are running smoothly and meeting customer needs before leaving the shop

Required Skills:

• Automotive Experience (Minimum 3-5 years)
• Basic Transmission Diagnostics
• Test Driving Abilities  
• Computer Skills (ProDemand, Mitchell, etc.)
• Scan Tool Use

Nice to Have Skills:

• Electrical Systems Diagnostics 
• Welding
• General Repair Experience      

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $36,400.00

Maximum Salary: $63,170.00
