Introduction
Our client is a small animal practice hiring for an Associate Veterinarian, with an additional opportunity for a Managing DVM role for experienced candidates. The practice delivers high-quality veterinary care in a supportive, team-oriented environment, with the added benefit of a multi-site opportunity at their sister location in Grantsburg, Wisconsin.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position offers flexibility for full-time scheduling across both practice locations.

Role Description and Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include a balanced caseload of medical and surgical cases, covering wellness services, dentistry, surgery, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, and palliative care. The role encourages professional development, with strong mentorship and a collaborative team culture. The Associate Veterinarian position is open to candidates of all experience levels, while the Managing DVM role is suited for an experienced veterinarian ready to provide leadership, oversee associate doctors, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide the practice's future direction.

The practice is well-equipped with ultrasound, radiography, a diagnostic laboratory, and modern surgical and dental facilities. The caseload is steady and varied, supporting professional growth across multiple disciplines. Team

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
