Description
5 years experience in field or in a related area:
- Install, maintain, configure, upgrade and administer network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, et al.)
- Wipe configuration of end-of-life network equipment and prepare for salvage
- Administer agency telecommunication circuit moves, adds and changes
- Diagnose, analyze and resolve issues for Department of Public Safety (DPS), Automated Title Processing System (ATPS), Deputy Registrar (DR) agencies, Driver License Examination (DX) Stations, and Ohio Narcotics Intelligence Center (ONIC) networks and systems
- Create, organize, file and maintain documentation
- Review and monitor enterprise security systems; take appropriate action and respond to alarms/alerts per policy and procedure
- Work with vendors to resolve information system user issues related to DPS networks, systems or applications
