Business Office Manager
A Skilled Nursing Facility is looking to hire a Business Office Manager to join our administrative team. This position plays a key role in supporting residents and families with financial matters and ensuring smooth billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with residents and their families to review financial responsibilities
Support Medicaid applicants by helping gather necessary paperwork
Maintain accurate census data within billing and clinical software systems
Oversee collection of private payments and resident income
Assist in obtaining insurance authorizations as needed
Manage distribution of resident trust funds
Ensure all financial paperwork and admission documents are properly completed
Provide general administrative support related to resident financial matters
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care billing processes preferred
Comfortable communicating financial information in a professional, compassionate manner
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
