Work you'll do

+ Guide system testing, defect resolution, and process design for a state government benefits system

+ Define functional requirements and support advanced system enhancements in collaboration with technical teams

+ Provide short-term solutions and consult with the state on system issues to maintain continuous processing

+ Execute and manage release testing with the state to facilitate large-scale conversions and releases

+ Support a Central Processing Team, managing recruitment, logistics, and quality assurance to improve system operations

+ Support a team of 30+ contractors supporting Medicaid in various complex projects

+ Streamline operations and support organizational goals by implementing process improvements and quality auditing programs

+ Collaborate with vendor technical teams to address complex system updates

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree

+ 5+ years of experience supporting state government integrated eligibility processing programs

+ 10+ years of overall professional experience

+ Experience in IT project/program management, to include leading software developers, QA testers, UI/UX designers, and business analysts

+ Experience managing and leading teams in Medicaid case processing operations

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

+ Advanced degree in a related field
