As the ManufacturingBOM Engineer for Royal Truck Body (AShyft Group Brand) based in Carson, CA, you will:
- Create and maintain Part Numbers, Bills of Materials (MBOM/EBOM), and routings for all existing and new products.
- Review models and create new part numbers to support BOM creation.
- Transform manufacturing Bills of Materials into a format suitable for ERP system upload.
- Conduct time studies to validate product labor costs.
- Partner with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure BOM accuracy.

Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
- Three or more (3+) years of engineering experience related to the creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials and ERP systems
- Expertise in the design and manufacturing of sheet metal products, including tolerance analysis and ANSI-Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
- Experience in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and experience utilizing SolidWorks
