Job Description


As a Regional Service Associate (RSA) Dispatcher at QXO , youll coordinate deliveries, support fleet operations, and help drive safety and efficiency across daily logistics .

What you will do:
  • Schedule daily deliveries and coordinate drivers and helpers for maximum efficiency
  • Manage truck loads within DOT regulations using GPS data, and ensure vehicles and forklifts are safe and operational
  • Oversee material transfers between branches
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and union contracts, where applicable
  • Train operations staff on safety protocols
  • Deliver superior service to both internal and external customers
  • Maintain a Continuous Improvement Log in collaboration with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure compliance and resolve issues efficiently
  • Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere to all safety protocols, always wearing appropriate PPE
What you will bring:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Effective time management and customer service skills, with prior dispatching experience preferred
  • Knowledge of logistics , distribution, and local delivery routing
  • Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations
  • Skilled in operating trucks and lifts; experience in the building products industry is a plus
