**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ BLS CPR certification from the American Heart Association

+ Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program **_OR_** One year of Medical Assistant experience within the past 12 months (in place of a formal program)

**Role Overview:**

As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering quality care. Responsibilities include:

+ Direct patient care

+ Patient registration

+ Appointment scheduling

+ Various administrative and office tasks

**Credential Requirement:**

Within six months of hire, you must obtain at least one of the following Medical Assistant certifications:

+ American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)

+ American Medical Technologists (AMT)

+ National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)

+ National Healthcareer Association (NHA)

**Please Note:**

**COMPENSATION:**

Pay Range: $19.25 - $26.81 per hour

_Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
