Spanish Speaking Housekeeper

Full-Time Housekeeper Location: McLean, VA 22102 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $35 - $45 per hour (Paid through payroll) Additional Benefits: To be discussed Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented full-time Housekeeper to join a team maintaining a 14,000 sq ft private residence in McLean, VA. This is a weekday-only role focused solely on housekeeping duties in a fully staffed and well-organized household. Key Responsibilities: Daily cleaning, upkeep, and organization of the interior of the residence Laundry and ironing, including care for delicate and high-end fabrics Deep cleaning on a rotating schedule to maintain overall cleanliness Maintain cleanliness in pet areas (two friendly dogs in the home) Work collaboratively with two other housekeepers to ensure seamless service Maintain and manage household cleaning supplies and inventory Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in professional housekeeping, preferably in large or high-end homes Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards Ability to work efficiently and independently while also functioning as part of a team Pet-friendly and comfortable around dogs Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to pass a background check Must speak Spanish Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Payroll employment Additional benefits to be discussed during the interview
